What began in 2007 with the founding of Primecare Home Care has since evolved into a growing family of caregiving providers operating across multiple service lines and markets. As those organizations expanded, so did the need for dedicated operational leadership and infrastructure designed to support long-term growth without sacrificing quality, compliance, or organizational identity.

Today, Flournoy Health Systems provides the management, operational oversight, and strategic leadership behind the Primecare and Just Care brands. Our team supports the organizations we own and manage through centralized operational systems, financial oversight, compliance management, growth strategy, technology infrastructure, and organizational leadership.
