While our home care providers serve patients and families directly, Flournoy Health Systems works behind the scenes to ensure those organizations have the infrastructure, clinical oversight, and support they need to deliver high quality care.

What care services are available in the FHS portfolio?

Our portfolio covers a broad range of home-based care needs across Georgia and Indiana. Primecare Home Care provides both traditional home care and Structured Family Caregiving in Georgia, while Structured Family Caregiving is the primary model offered in Indiana for individuals who require a nursing home level of care but wish to remain at home under the support of a family caregiver. Primecare Hospice delivers end-of-life care focused on comfort and dignity. Primecare Pediatrics provides skilled nursing, and personal support for children with complex medical needs.
