About Flournoy Health Systems

Flournoy Health Systems is a home care management company. We are the parent organization and managing entity for a portfolio of home-based care providers operating across Georgia and Indiana. We provide the strategic leadership, operational infrastructure, and executive oversight that allows each organization in our portfolio to operate at its highest level.
Our home care organizations currently operate in Georgia and Indiana.

Flournoy Health Systems supports the organizations that deliver care. We provide management, operational and clinical support, and leadership to home care organizations across family caregiving, traditional caregiving, hospice, and pediatric services.

While our home care providers serve patients and families directly, Flournoy Health Systems works behind the scenes to ensure those organizations have the infrastructure, clinical oversight, and support they need to deliver high quality care.

Services & Care Continuum

Our portfolio covers a broad range of home-based care needs across Georgia and Indiana. Primecare Home Care provides both traditional home care and Structured Family Caregiving in Georgia, while Structured Family Caregiving is the primary model offered in Indiana for individuals who require a nursing home level of care but wish to remain at home under the support of a family caregiver.

Primecare Hospice delivers end-of-life care focused on comfort and dignity.

Primecare Pediatrics provides skilled nursing, personal support, and ABA therapy for children with complex medical needs.

Yes. When a client’s needs change, our home care organizations will help coordinate transitions between service lines whenever possible to maintain continuum of care.
