Jennifer Cadd

Jennifer Cadd serves as Vice President of Finance, bringing nearly 20 years of diverse financial experience across financial services, franchise operations, software, and manufacturing. A significant portion of her career has been dedicated to commercial lending, providing a strong foundation in capital management, risk assessment, and strategic financial planning. In her role, Jennifer plays a key part in shaping FHS’s financial strategy and operational efficiency, with responsibilities spanning financial reporting and compliance, budgeting and forecasting, treasury management, and capital planning. She is committed to aligning financial strategy with business operations to drive sustainable growth, optimize resource allocation, and support long-term enterprise value creation.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Northern Colorado and a Master of Business Administration from Boston University.
